  My wife is a foodie, and has coeliac disease. She tried a pie from this shop. She said "the pies are amazing. The pastry is so buttery and just like regular pastry. You could not tell the difference from a pie made with traditional pastry." She had no adverse reactions.
  I have a gluten intolerance too. When I have made enquires about gluten free options from two pie shops in Lismore NSW, they tell me they can't do it because "the gravy contains gluten" or because "the pastry comes out like leather." Good job Platform Pies.
